看法：

1、楼主对颈椎病的概念是糢糊的，对椎间盘突出症的概念也是不清楚的。
2、在病因病理方面的阐述过于复杂，本来用一个帖可以阐述的问题偏要用多个编副。
3、病因病理由于阐述的过于复杂，有些问题说清楚了，但有很多关键问题闹出了笑话。

建议：

1、对脊椎现代技术的检查建议楼主应该补课。
2、建议楼主应该系统地看一些有关颈椎病、腰椎病、椎间盘突出方面的资料。
