各位高人您们好，我的一位国外的朋友，他得下列病，不知中药是否能治这方面的病？去哪里

咨询最好？以下是他的病情，描述不太多：
My heart has a blood clot in one part of it and another part is dead muscle. But it is still

functioning at about 30 %. I have only one kidney, from birth, and it has just about

stopped functioning it is 10 %. The doctors want to do a transplant, but the heart won't

allow it. So they want to put me on dialysis, But as long as I have function of it I will

avoid dialysis. Enough of this.
